Tell a Friend About Our Cool Software
Your email results will use CoffeeCup Form Builder <formbuilder@yourdomain.com> as the default address when you receive the results. There are 2 ways to change this address:
You can set an input field as an email address. Check the Email Address box when you insert the field to your form and set the Validation option to Email. This sets an attribute in the xml file that this box should be used as the From: address, so the PHP/ASP script can set this automatically.
The above method has been prevented by some hosting providers (including Yahoo). If this happens to you, you'll need to edit the PHP/ASP script to manually include a different address. Search the script and change the Email header section to include the address you want.
NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot provide instructions for editing our scripts as these are normally server issues, and we don't want to provide public instructions which may cause unintended vulnerabilities in the scripts.
