Uploading Files
1. Once you are connected to your server, navigate to the folder you want to upload to. You do this by double clicking on the folders on the right, just as you would in windows. Most servers have a specific folder you will want to upload your page to. For more information on which folder to upload to, please contact your host company. Your current folder is displayed in the box at the top of the list.
2. Find the file on your computer. You can navigate through the folders on the left just as you do in windows. When you find the file(s) you are going to upload, highlight them with the mouse.
3. Click on the upload 
button. This will upload the highlighted files on the left to the current directory on the right.
